For the Truly Original
We offer an elegant garden setting for small wedding parties. The ceremony can take place under the wisteria covered pergola. Flowers abound in the summer garden and tables are set amongst them. It’s a beautiful spot for wedding photos to remember this day forever.
A Warehouse Hide-A-Way also provides the kitchen in the main house for the caterers to work from. Should the weather be inclement, the 14 foot garage door opens up the interior space to allow for the reception to be moved indoors. The repast would then be served buffet style.
Cottage/Loft #1 or Cottage/Loft #2 can be also reserved for the bride and her party to dress. This will then turn into the Marriage Suite later in the evening. The other Cottage/Loft can be reserved for a close family member or friend.
A delicious breakfast will be served to the newly weds in the morning.

PHOTOGRAPHY ONLY: $128.00 per hour
A Warehouse Hide-A-Way can be rented for professional photographs when one or more of the Cottage/Lofts is booked as well. Fee is $128.00 per hour. This fee does not include the photographer’s fee.
WEDDING RECEPTION & PHOTOGRAPHY: $2800.00 flat fee.
Rental of A Warehouse Hide-A-Way for your wedding reception includes the following
- Maximum of 25-30 guests
- This can be a sit-down dinner or “just horsdoevres”
- Large impressive floral arrangement for main indoor or outdoor table.
- The main warehouse/loft is an open area with kitchen, seating area with fireplace, huge artist’s studio and bathroom. Approx. 2,000 sq.ft.
- A man-of-all services to help set-up, take-down, hang decorations, park or collect cars, and any reasonable requests will be on site during the event.
- Owner/artist will be available for help and consultations if needed.
- Light cleaning of suite after bridal party dressing.
- Parking for 8 cars on property. Rest on Gibsons Way.
It does not include the following:
- Catering company and food & bar servers.
- Rental tables, chairs & table cloths and set up with assistance from your wedding designer or volunteer friend.
- Dishes, cutlery, glasses, trays, warming pans, etc.
- Floral decorations for the bride and her party, the tables, the bar and pergola.
- Sound system & music organizer or D.J.
- Musicians .
- Alcohol. Wine, rental of cooler.
- Professional wedding designer or volunteer friend to oversee your requirements.
- Photographer’s fee, Marriage Officiator.
Romantic Bridal / Marriage Suite:
- An additional charge of $188.00 will be applied which includes breakfast served to your suite in the morning.
- The other Cottage/Loft can also be rented for $168 for two people and an additional $25 for a third person. Total of $193.00. Breakfast is on your own in your fully equipped kitchen.
House & Garden Rules:
- Reception ends at 9:00 pm.
